Haven gives you unhurried conversations with Dr. Maya Ellis, an AI companion, plus mood tracking, journalling, scheduling and optional sharing with a real therapist.

Dr. Ellis is not a human being and not a licensed clinician. Haven does not provide diagnosis, medical advice, medication guidance, or emergency care, and it is not a substitute for treatment by a qualified professional. Never delay or stop professional care because of something said here.

Haven is not monitored in real time. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or a crisis line — see the urgent help page.

You must be 18 or older and use Haven for yourself.

Seven days free, then $9.99 a month in US dollars, charged until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Plan page; access continues to the end of the paid period. If you miss two or more booked sessions in the same week, a $25 missed-session fee is added to your next bill. Approved therapists use Haven free of charge.

Sharing with a therapist only begins when both sides agree, and either side can end it. Haven verifies a licence before approving a therapist account but is not responsible for the care a therapist provides.

Once you and a therapist accept each other, you can message, meet by video and book times from their published hours. Messages are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies. The therapist, not Haven, is responsible for the care they give, their fees outside Haven, and following the rules of their licence.

Do not use Haven to harm others, to impersonate a clinician, or to request sexual content. Speciality areas such as sex therapy are supported as clinical conversation only.

Haven is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app, and any liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months.
